Cancellation Policy

At Illuminate Mee Aesthetics & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Because we prepare for each service with intention, all services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service total. ✨ Cancellations / Reschedules • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and an additional 50% of the service balance will be charged. ✨ No-Shows • Missed appointments without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service, and the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. ✨ Late Arrivals • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your treatment or require rescheduling. Deposits in these cases are non-refundable. ✨ Deposits • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
